Chicken Adobo

Marinate the chicken in a mixture of 1/2 soy sauce (I recommend low salt) and 1/2 white vinegar, throw in crushed peppercorns and three bay leaves. Then cook slowly til meat is tender. Look for Filipino Adobo on the internet. You do you know how to make rice, right? ;o)
